Pamacrafts

An online store for hand-painted ceramics

The project

Pamacrafts sells hand-painted ceramics from London: bowls, plates, serving dishes and spoon rests, painted piece by piece in traditional floral and mosaic designs. Its pieces are made to be used, shared and gifted.

We designed and built the brand's online store on WordPress and WooCommerce. The site puts the photography first, organises 39 pieces into clear collections, and makes pricing and delivery plain on every product.

The challenge

Each Pamacrafts piece is unique and the patterns are detailed, so the products only sell if customers can see them properly. Shoppers also want to know the size, the final price and the delivery time before they commit.

The brand needed a store that felt as crafted as the ceramics, let people browse by type of piece, and gave them a quick way to ask a question before they bought.

The solution

We built a WooCommerce store with an image-led home page that leads with the brand's own table-setting photography, new arrivals and trending collections. Products are grouped into bowls, plates, serving dishes, spoon rests and best sellers, with sorting and grid or list views in the shop.

Every product page shows a large gallery and a clear price box: piece price, delivery cost and time, total and size. A WhatsApp button sits on each product, alongside wishlist, compare and share, and a newsletter offers 10% off to bring shoppers back.

What it does

  • Image-led home page with collections
  • Shop with sorting and grid or list views
  • Collections: bowls plates serving dishes
  • Large product galleries
  • Price box with delivery and total
  • WhatsApp button on every product
  • Wishlist compare and share
  • Sale and best seller badges
  • Newsletter with 10% off
  • Mobile-friendly layout

How we built it

  • Discovery: How customers buy handmade ceramics, and what they need to see before they order.
  • Design: A clean, photo-first look in the brand's cobalt blue so the pieces stand out.
  • Build: WooCommerce store with collections, product galleries and clear pricing.
  • Launch: Products loaded, mobile checks done and handover so the team can add new pieces.

The results

  • 39 Hand-painted pieces online
  • 5 Collections
  • 3–4 days Delivery
