Rads
Client Partner at Backendz
Client Partner at Backendz with 10+ years in client relationships. The main contact for clients from the first conversation to long after launch.
Rads looks after Backendz clients and partners. He makes sure every client has one person who knows their business, their systems and what they need next.
Much of his work happens before a build starts: helping a business decide what a project should cost, whether to build or buy, and how to test an idea before committing a full budget to it. He brings the engineering team into those conversations early, so the scope and numbers a client agrees to are ones the team can deliver.
On the blog he writes about the commercial side of software and AI: what things cost, build-versus-buy decisions, proofs of concept and where to start with automation.
